If you have a complaint regarding one of our pharmacies or the services we offer, we would like to try to sort it out as quickly and helpfully as we possibly can. Please contact the pharmacy manager in the first instance, in person or by telephone with details of your complaint. If this is not possible, or if you are unsatisfied with the response, please download our Complaints Form and send it to the appropriate pharmacy, giving full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and then every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
